Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, or “Agreement”) carefully before using the Virtual World Assistants website (the “Website”) and/or engaging in any services offered by Virtual World Assistants, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to Virtual World Assistants, LLC and its affiliated products and services, including but not limited to VWACommand.com, VirtualWorldAssistants.com, HireVAConnect.com, and any related mobile applications or digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing this Website and/or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Offered

Virtual World Assistants, LLC is a Florida-based company providing:

A. Virtual Assistant Staffing Services

We specialize in connecting clients with skilled Virtual Assistants (“VAs”), primarily based in the Philippines and Latin America, for remote administrative, real estate, healthcare, and business support roles.

Services include:

• Candidate sourcing and evaluation
• Interview coordination
• Optional one-time VA buyout
• 60-day replacement guarantee (see Section 12)

Free Dedicated Virtual Assistant Option

If the client chooses the Free Dedicated Virtual Assistant option included with the VWA Command subscription plan, the standard 60-day replacement policy does not apply. Virtual assistants provided under this option are included as part of the subscription service and may be canceled at any time in accordance with the subscription terms.

B. Digital Subscription Services (VWACommand.com)

We offer subscription-based access to:

• Hiring systems and dashboards
• Training materials
• Templates and workflow tools
• VA management resources

C. Business Funding Referral Services

We may also connect business owners with third-party funding providers (“Funding Providers”) for business capital opportunities.

We are NOT a lender or financial institution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services and legally able to enter binding agreements.

You may not use our Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3. No Lender Relationship / No Financial Services

Virtual World Assistants, LLC is not a bank, lender, credit provider, or financial institution.

We do not:

• Provide loans or credit
• Make underwriting decisions
• Approve or deny funding
• Set rates, terms, or funding amounts
• Guarantee financial outcomes

We do not participate in underwriting, credit review, application evaluation, or funding decisions.

All funding decisions are made solely by independent third-party Funding Providers.

4. Third-Party Funding Providers

When you request funding-related information, we may connect you with one or more third-party Funding Providers. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the services of any Funding Provider.

These providers operate independently and are responsible for all lending decisions, terms, and communications.

We are not responsible for:

• Approval or denial decisions
• Funding amounts or terms
• Provider actions or communications

5. Funding Outcomes & No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Approval for funding
• Funding amounts (including ranges such as $2,000–$1,000,000+)
• Interest rates or repayment terms
• Funding timelines or speed

All funding timelines (including “as little as 48 hours”) are estimates only.

Not all applicants will qualify for funding.

6. Compensation Disclosure

We may receive compensation from third-party Funding Providers when:

• You submit your information
• You are matched or referred
• You receive or engage with funding

This compensation may include referral fees or commissions.

Compensation may be included in the overall cost of financial products or services offered by Funding Providers.

7. Lead Collection, Data Sharing & Consent 

By submitting your information through our Website, ads, forms, or communication channels, you expressly consent to:

• Collection of your personal and business information
• Sharing your information with third-party Funding Providers
• Being contacted by Funding Providers via phone calls, SMS/text messages, and email regarding funding opportunities

You understand and agree that:

• Contact may occur even if your number is on a Do Not Call list (where legally permitted)

8. SMS/Text Messaging Consent 

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

• SMS/text messages
• Phone calls
• Automated or prerecorded messages (where applicable)

from Virtual World Assistants and/or Funding Providers regarding services, scheduling, and funding opportunities.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You consent to be contacted as permitted by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us at info@virtualworldassistants.com.

Reply “HELP” for assistance.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Respond in a timely manner
• Maintain professional communication
• Use Services responsibly

For VWACommand.com, users are responsible for protecting login credentials.

10. Buyout Fee & Employment Responsibility

Upon payment of the Buyout Fee:

• The VA relationship transfers fully to the client
• The client assumes full employment responsibility
• We are no longer responsible for VA performance or management

We are not the employer of any VA after buyout.

11. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in:

• Service delays
• Account suspension
• Legal collection action

All payments are in USD unless stated otherwise.

12. Replacement Guarantee

If a VA is deemed unsuitable based on performance, reliability, or skill misalignment within 60 days of payment, we provide a one-time replacement.

This does NOT apply if issues result from:

• Client behavior or management
• Role changes or business restructuring
• Termination unrelated to performance

Requests must be submitted in writing within 60 days.

13. Subscription Terms (VWACommand.com)

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless canceled
• Are billed in advance
• Provide immediate digital access

Cancellation:

You may cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period.

Account Sharing:

Only one user per subscription. Violations may result in termination without refund.

14. Refund Policy

VA Services:

All payments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions:

All subscription payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

Exceptions may apply for:

• Duplicate charges
• Verified technical issues

Chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.

15. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

We do not provide:

• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice

All users should consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

16. Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or providers linked from our platforms.

17. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws
• Infringe intellectual property
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized system access

18. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Virtual World Assistants, LLC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal use only.

19. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

• VA performance outcomes
• Business revenue increases
• Funding approval or success
• Any specific business results

All services are provided “as is” and subject to availability.

20. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Funding decisions by third parties
• VA performance or conduct
• Business losses or damages
• Technical issues or downtime

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

21. Privacy Policy

22. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.

23. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Broward County, Florida.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virtual World Assistants, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your interactions with Virtual Assistants or Funding Providers
