Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, or “Agreement”) carefully before using the Virtual World Assistants website (the “Website”) and/or engaging in any services offered by Virtual World Assistants, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to Virtual World Assistants, LLC and its affiliated products and services, including but not limited to VWACommand.com, VirtualWorldAssistants.com, and any related mobile applications or digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing this Website and/or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or our Services.
Virtual World Assistants, LLC is a Florida-based staffing agency specializing in connecting clients with skilled Virtual Assistants (“VAs”)—primarily based in the Philippines and Latin America—for remote administrative, real estate, healthcare, and other virtual support roles.
We offer:
Candidate sourcing and evaluation
Interview coordination
Optional one-time buyout upon VA hiring
A 60-day replacement guarantee under certain conditions (see Section 6)
In addition, through VWACommand.com, we provide subscription-based access to digital tools, templates, training, and management dashboards designed to help clients streamline the hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking of Virtual Assistants.
By using this Website or our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You may not use our Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding their hiring or subscription needs
Respond promptly during the interview or onboarding process
Communicate respectfully with candidates, VAs, and Company staff
Notify us within 60 days of payment if requesting a replacement VA under the guarantee
For VWACommand.com, subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and restricting access to authorized users only.
Upon payment of the applicable invoice (the “Buyout Fee”), Virtual World Assistants, LLC releases all responsibilities related to the remuneration, management, or supervision of the Virtual Assistant (VA).
By paying the Buyout Fee, the client assumes full responsibility for the VA’s employment, performance, and compensation. We relinquish all claims or rights against the VA or the client/employer. All future employment-related matters (e.g., performance, duties, or compensation) are solely managed by the client.
This fee compensates us for services rendered—including recruitment, vetting, and facilitation of the interview process.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Invoices are due in full upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final VA contact information will not be released until payment is received. Non-payment may result in delayed services, account suspension, or legal action. All fees are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
If the selected VA is deemed unsuitable within sixty (60) days of payment, Virtual World Assistants, LLC will provide a one-time replacement VA at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not apply in cases involving:
Employer misconduct or unprofessional behavior
Termination for reasons unrelated to performance
Changes in business needs or client direction
All replacement requests must be submitted in writing within the 60-day window and must include an explanation of the issue.
VWACommand.com offers subscription-based digital services and tools. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
a. Subscription Plans and Billing:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
b. Payment Processing:
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge your account in accordance with the selected plan.
c. Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at info@virtualworldassistants.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
d. Access Suspension or Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
e. Account Sharing:
Subscription access is limited to one account per paying subscriber. Sharing login credentials or unauthorized distribution of content may result in immediate termination without refund.
Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both our staffing services and subscription-based products:
a. Virtual Assistant Services:
All fees associated with Virtual Assistant sourcing, placement, or buyouts are non-refundable, as these payments compensate for professional recruitment, vetting, and coordination services already rendered.
However, if a VA is deemed unsuitable within the first 60 days, clients may qualify for a one-time free replacement under the Replacement Guarantee described in Section 6.
b. VWACommand.com Subscriptions:
Due to the immediate access provided to digital tools, templates, and training materials upon payment, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Exceptions may be granted in limited circumstances at the Company’s sole discretion (for example, duplicate charges or verified technical access issues preventing use of the platform). Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
c. Promotional or Discounted Plans:
Payments for promotional, trial, or discounted subscription plans are non-refundable under all circumstances.
d. Chargebacks:
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed with your payment provider may result in immediate account suspension and possible legal recovery of funds, including associated fees.
Virtual World Assistants, LLC is not the employer of any VA after the Buyout Fee is paid. Clients are solely responsible for managing their relationship with the VA, including taxes, labor compliance, and work expectations in their jurisdiction.
You agree not to:
Use the Website for unlawful purposes
Infringe upon others’ rights, privacy, or intellectual property
Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or user data
All content on this Website and VWACommand.com—including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, training materials, videos, dashboards, and software—is the property of Virtual World Assistants or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use materials provided through their active subscription for personal or internal business purposes only.
All information provided on our Websites and through our Services is for general informational purposes only. While we aim to provide high-quality services and candidates, we do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or duration of engagement with any VA or digital product.
Clients are responsible for final hiring decisions and management of VAs once hired.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual World Assistants, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
A VA’s performance, behavior, or conduct post-placement
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service or subscription term.
Our Websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies independently.
Use of this Website and VWACommand.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.virtualworldassistants.com/privacy-policy/), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website, VWACommand.com, or any of our Services at any time, without notice, for any conduct we deem in violation of these Terms or harmful to our company, users, or partners.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of the page. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Broward County, Florida.
