Step 1: Tell Us What You Need

We begin by learning about your business and the tasks you’d like your Virtual Assistant to handle. Whether it’s admin support, lead generation, customer service, or social media management—we’ll tailor the search to match your requirements.

Step 2: We Source & Vet Candidates

Our experienced team will source, screen, and vet potential candidates for you. We’ll present up to three qualified VAsfor you to interview one-on-one via Zoom.

Step 3: Interview & Choose Your VA

Once you’ve interviewed the candidates, simply choose the one that best fits your business. There’s no obligation until you find the right match.

Step 4: Pay the One-Time Placement Fee

After selecting your Virtual Assistant, we’ll send you an invoice for a one-time placement fee. This fee includes a two-month replacement guarantee in case things don’t work out with your chosen VA.

Step 5: Start Working Directly With Your VA

As soon as the placement fee is received, we’ll provide you with your VA’s direct contact information. From there, you can begin working together directly and establish the terms that work best for both of you.
