We offer a one-time buyout option upon hiring of a VA, as well as a 60-day candidate replacement guarantee.

12. Invoice Terms & Conditions

Upon payment of invoices (hereinafter referred to as the “buyout fee”), Virtual World Assistants, LLC, a Florida-based entity, releases all obligations related to the remuneration, management, or supervision of the Virtual Assistant (VA). By remitting payment, the client assumes full responsibility for the VA’s employment, performance, and compensation.
 
Virtual World Assistants, LLC relinquishes any claims or rights against the Virtual Assistant or the client/employer, thereby granting the client complete authority and oversight over the VA’s activities. Any further matters concerning the VA’s compensation, responsibilities, or employment conditions shall be solely managed by the client.
 
This buyout fee compensates Virtual World Assistants, LLC for services rendered, including recruitment, evaluation, and facilitation of the interview process. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
 
In the event that the selected VA is deemed unsuitable within 60 days of payment, Virtual World Assistants, LLC agrees to provide a one-time replacement VA at no additional charge. This replacement guarantee does not apply in cases of employer misconduct, termination due to reasons unrelated to performance, or changes in business needs.
