Transaction Coordinator Daily duties:

Coordinating all aspect of the transaction from initial contract to closing.
Keeping up with and completing escrow paperwork.
Generating and updating property listings on multiple real estate websites.
Assisting with proper compliance is in place for offers and counteroffers that are approved within a timely manner.
Creating escrow accounts.
Scheduling repairs and necessary inspections.
Works with clients to ensure all inspectors can work freely on the property when needed.

Administrator

Maintain consistent collaboration between clients, agents, and brokers on all real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Quality Control

Oversee compliance of all parties to processes involved from contract to closing.

Client Coordination

Schedule 30, 90 & 120 day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any recommendations and to ask for referrals.

Data Management

Input and manage all client information into client database system and assign campaigns.

Schedule Management

Schedule and coordinate moving and possession processes.

Contract-to-Close

Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes, assist in negotiations and completion of repairs.
